I tried that but it gives the exact same error as in my last post. (0xe800800d (There was an error communicating with your device.))
I think it's an error with signing phoenix, but it's the only jailbreak for 9.3.5 so i don't know what to do next. I tried like 5 pages to download phoenix but they all failed to install.

Btw it's an ipad that is iCloud locked but bypassed via Silver V4.2.4. I don't know if this makes any difference.

Jailbreaking on 9.3.5 is impossible because Cydia Impactor detects that the device is iCloud Bypassed and throws an error. THEREFORE, THE iPAD 2 BYPASS IS TETHERED FOR ALL MODELS!
Is this true?

i got error whenever im try to install app that have japan or korean char on app ID. For example : 

Failed: (35) An invalid value '전자오락수호대 iOSGods com' was provided for the parameter 'appIdName'.

Any ideas how to fix this ? thanks u guys
