It does not have a virus. It must be a false alert. You could also scan it on virustotal.

It says sideloadly.exe-bas image and error message says apis-ms-win-ct-runtime-1-1-0.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error try installing the program again using the original instillation using windows 7
