If you are using "Gems Hack on Action" - that's normal, because it's disabled. Just use "Free Shop/Store" and "Everything set to 0", you'll just get things for free instead of using diamonds. It's better this way than getting banned, JC are watching for item/currency/energy count closely and can ban you for suspicious amounts. So, better safe than sorry.

P.S. It would be great to have function for increased damage in duels (hate them with my guts), but other than that you can play the game comfortably with currently available functions.
