I have 2 friends who got Windows 10 from like 2-3 days ago and they didn't get such error.

Plus, they had pirated versions

Go back to windows 8. Windows 10 is not stable apparently.

I can't every time I turn it on that shows up then it restarts then it shutdown

You can make one on another PC?

Doesn't windows 10 have restore options like windows 8 when something goes wrong?

Sounds like you need to research the error you got from the BSOD then..
