Help/Support After 4 days still no activation email for App+

Hi guys. I bought app+ 4 days ago and still haven’t received a email with installation instructions. I also tried the link to try if my device was activated but it’s negative. What’s going on? I gonna need a refund if this issue won’t be solved anytime soon.
