your asking for a hack to a game that’s not even released yet. I doubt this will get a hack because all user data is sent to Apple and the dev regardless if you have it turned off it settings or not. But I did download it myself to check out the game.

I’ve been playing this game for over two years. This game used to be on the App Store under “micromon adventures” but it had copyright issues because profits didn’t go to pokemon. So now it is under test flight. So even though this is a test app, the game has been considered “testing” for about 9 months now.

That’s strange. Were you able to download test flight then the app? It gives you two options for registration. On the cloud account registration you can put in a username instead of a number for the account number. Honesty, the game is a pay to win type game and has been dying for a while since it hasn’t been on the App Store. Which is why it would be nice to have this game hacked.
