You can only do so much with coins.

use igamegod and make a macro of a case opening.  Set speed to 50x and farm some Cobble souvenier cases for souv. Dlore.  It’s actually really rare, obviously.  I opened about 1600 and only recieved 4 dlores.  Its 14k for FN though so it is worth it.  Turn off your wifi so no ads will play.  Also you get a lot of m4a1S knights, and theyre like 400 apiece for FN.  Not to mention the amount of deags, czeds, umps, and mac10s.
 

also you can set speed to 0.5 or lower for bomb defuse.
