Limit for kstars is 50000 and for energy 4800, if your values are below that then Sys and Kollections should work.

Also if you spend too many kstars at once, your account might get flagged and eventually banned

I wonder @Laxus Is there a way we can have our k stars reset? Just in case as a safety precaution? I’m at 7k stars currently just wondering 🙂 also to confirm there is no way to back up our game currently?

My game is backed up through Gamecenter. I’m thinking it would be the same for you? I’ve came back to my same save a handful of times.

Thank you so much for this information! I’m below 50k stars (currently at 7k) but my energy is above 4800 so I’ll get to using more of it. 

Thankfully, I am able to access Kollections but not SYS. Thanks again!

At some point I had more than 50k stars, collections and SYS didn't work. After I spent everything (Spent slowly but still), everything started working normally, but I don't have new tasks and quests. Simon and Maria's are also empty. Weekly quests only (blue color). Could it be because of the large amount of money and that the game is blocking me?
