Many people will ask can I convert iTunes M4V videos to MP4 with Handbrack.

Definitely no, for Handbrack can only convert plain videos, not DRM-ed M4V videos. iTunes videos are tightly protected by Apple FairPlay.

According to Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FairPlay, There are three ways to convert iTunes M4V videos to MP4.

1. Using  Requiem 4.1Requiem allows a person to decrypt music, movies, and e-books that they are authorized to play in iTunes by reverse-engineering Apple's FairPlay algorithm. But Requiem have not updated since version 4.1 launched and is only for PC and Mac running iTunes 10.6/10.7.

2. Using Noteburner. Noteburner allows you remove DRM from iTunes purchased and rented M4V videos and convert them to MP4, MOV, AVI, MPEG and 3GP.

3. Using a recording software, such as Any Video Converter Ultimate. It  allows you to record the screen activity of the M4V movie when you play it on iTunes or QuickTime.
