Help/Support I bought vip and my account isn’t vip.

Hello. I bought vip subscription and my account hasn’t updated to be vip. How do I get it to update. An email I had gotten after I purchased it said wait 24 hours and I did. And still nothing. Please help. Thanks

If you have not received an email, please verify the email associated with your iOSGods account is correct and check your spam/junk folders.

Hello. And I have checked all of my emails and accounts. And none of them have received an email stating anything About my vip subscribe. Only email I have gotten is the confirmation one and that one stated that my payment is being held for review but it charged me already lol so idk what is going on. Please hello of you can our point me in the right direction of how to get ahold of the right people that are in that area of expertise

Its being reviewed so yes you got charged but once its done being reviewed you should get Emails about the Purchase if VIP does not happen when its all done Contact @Rook with the transaction ID etc

Same here! I’m vip for few weeks, aft a week I can’t reply or comment on vip room but I’m still vip status!
