This is weirds it’s been tested on all types of devices from IPhone 8 on IOS 11 all the way to IPhone 11 Pro on 13.5 and IPads. And it never had an issue! It always load up normally...

Yous follow the process correctly?

Yes I followed the process correctly I’m on iPhone 6s Plus running 12.4

The lite beta...if that doesn’t work I have no idea what’s wrong with yours...I would suggest simply just to delete the file and wipe the game (make sure to copy ur default.realm & plist file).
