Help/Support Download Failed Issue

I’ve been encountering “download failed” when trying to download apps via the +app since last week. 
 

App size is irrelevant. Since even a measly 60mb game fails to download. And the download ALWAYS fails in the 20% - 50% threshold. 
 

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Removed the profile etc and it still does not fix the problem. 
 

Changing the date does not fix the issue either and it should not be a solution because it’s not a permanent one. 

This is an ongoing issue for several users. Could we please have a mod or admin look into this?

I got this problem before turn out is the network issue, switch to other network or wait for the next day
