Help/Support IDA PRO Not showing ADD R1 , R2, Always Shows ADD x29 x21

hello so im hacking game using IDA and i cant seem to find anything that says ADD r1, r2   its all X   i cant seem to find R1 r2 etc etc Anyone know why?

i have a Idea that it might be caused for me      im  using ARM64 portion of the binary  But if i Use 32 Bit Portion i cant Open the Binary   Any help would be appreciated 

on top of what i just Said Im using the Strings tab to Find all the sh!t as its a Non unity game      the game is Zenonia 4


Example:  

           ADD             X9, X9, #selRef_set_goldClaim_@PAGEOFF
           LDUR            X0, [X29,#var_8] ; id
           LDR             X1, [X9] ; "set_goldClaim:"
           MOV             X2, X8



Also i think i just realised that i need to Manually find The globalmetadata in IDA  so i can Dump it cause it does not have a Globalmeatadata file am i right??

Hey,

This is ARM64. The tutorial you're looking at is likely old and for ARMv7. Which is still viable, as it's the same concept.

How would I use armV7 then ?

When loading the binary, ARMv7 should be an option.

Though, ARMv7 is no longer supported and old.

I suggest you read up some more up to date tutorials.

I have tried looking for some here and elsewhere but there isn’t much
