Hey man running no other mods just this alone gives me 20minutes bans straight away when I enter a game ?? Any suggestions be much appreciated

My suggestion is to check up ur cydia installed packages. U have the mother nature banning u. A hack from other site. Or even from this site. Keep only the hack from this topic installed and you dont get ban.
