The game I am trying to hack is Cytus II version 3.1. I want to make my own for personal use but I am new to this and I need to know what software I need or have to use to write my own hack, and what I have to do.

The hack I am trying to do is:

All characters unlocked
Capso Unlocked
All song packs unlocked

Also, when I write this hack on my computer, would i need cydia impactor to do it or a jail broken idevice?
