Help/Support App+ Not Installing Apps

[Swifttt 8 iPhone X 12.3.1]

Hello,

Pretty much title says it all. Whenever I open an app inside of the App+ and click install. It freezes up the app and does absolutely nothing at all. I've had this issue before like 6-7 months ago. I don't remember what I did to fix this issue, or even replicate it. It might be as simple as App+ might have revoked, or I might just need to redownload the app. If someone has an idea as to what causes this, or a fix for the issue. Please let me know!

iPhone X on 13.3.1 non-jailbroken
App Version 0.4.9

What I have tried:

Fully closing the app

Restarting the phone

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling App+?

Same. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it didn’t help. It does this every time I try updating and app.
