Help/Support snapchat keeps closing every time i try to open it. help :( new version btw 9.13

go into cydia? i cant see the icon

 

Go to Safe Mode, go into Cydia, and uninstall Phantom. If you still don't see Cydia in safe mode, then you have to restore your iDevice freshly.

 

Edit: Once you've uninstalled Phantom, you will also need to downgrade Snapchat to the lower version by using Appcake.

If you want to keep any tweaks you have for Snapchat, I recommend that you just install it from Appcake, but in-order to do that you need Cydia so you should get that problem sorted out first.

Have you tried booting into safe mode. This would be the next step.
