literally im crying. first my snapchat, and now cydia is gone from my homescreen. what the f

If you want to keep any tweaks you have for Snapchat, I recommend that you just install it from Appcake, but in-order to do that you need Cydia so you should get that problem sorted out first.

Restore your iDevice, and re-jailbreak. Do not install Phantom for Snapchat on latest version.

 

Edit: Do NOT install it unless the developer of Phantom allows you to.

Go to Safe Mode, go into Cydia, and uninstall Phantom. If you still don't see Cydia in safe mode, then you have to restore your iDevice freshly.

 

Edit: Once you've uninstalled Phantom, you will also need to downgrade Snapchat to the lower version by using Appcake.
