yes it worked only in safe mode and I didn't restore it because I'm hoping that it'll be fixed by one of you guys

yes it worked only in safe mode and I didn't restore it because I'm hoping that it'll be fixed by one of you guys

I'd suggest you uninstall Cydia Substrate and boot back into normal mode.

It's Ok now but I have a new problem cydia crashes when I try to install anything
