Are there any stable jb bypasses for 12.4-13.x? Liberty didn't work for a few apps but it might've just been those apps. Also what do you guys use to install ipa files? Filza didn't work, neither did altstore

altstore won't let me install the IPA. says "You don't have permission". also judging by the "App Store/my/..." in the App Store link I assume this is the Malaysia App Store? my Malaysia App Store account says it's not available in the App Store
