Help/Support 7-Eleven App not allowing me to sign-in

Hi everyone,

                 I am currently using a downgraded version of 7-Eleven (version 3.0.1), but whenever I try to sign in, it displays the message "email/password combination not valid" or something like that. This happens even if I try to register for an account, so it's not letting me sign in or register. Is there a way to bypass this? I really need to know.

Hey,

If the app is too old, some API they may have used is no longer available so that would explain the login issues and there would be no easy way of fixing this.

The version I downgraded to is not very old, it's maybe about 8 months ago from the current version. Also, you said there was no easy way of fixing this. Is there a way I could try?
