Help/Support App+ may be revoked

[Hyperion2950 3 iPhone X 12.1.2]

I believe my app+ is one the revokes that’s recently occurred. I have not received a new download link as of yet. What should I do?

When I go through the email link it all works perfectly until it gets to the actual install, it down loads says it’s losing then gives an error saying it can’t be installed at this time try again later
