Help/Support No more packages after ReJailbreak

Hello everyone, Accidentally, my iPad ran out of battery and therefore checkra1n was removed, so I rejailbreak and once I launch Cydia I have an error :

« ⚠️ flAbsPath on /var/lib/dpkg/status failed - realpath (2: No such file directory
⚠️ Could not open file - open (2: No such file or directory) 
⚠️ Problem opening »

 And then I do I no longer have any packages, the basic sources are there but not the ones I added (second and third photo)

I'm on an iPad 5 on iOS 13.3.1.

1. Did you rejailbreak in SafeMode by accident?

2. Did you try rejailbreaking?

3. Try restoring your rootfs / removing the jailbreak n reinstalling.

4. Are you on the latest checkra1n?

Yes, i rejailbreak in Safe Mode

And i am on the latest Checkra1n
