Alright I’ve figured it out. But let me start from the beginning as most of you might know. Download original first and do tutorial up until you are finished visiting one of the mayors city. Once you’re back, click your town hall and then you’ll have access to the journal.

Close the app. Go back to iOSGods app. Go to your downloads and delete the original Simcity app. Go back to Games area and download the hack. Once installations over. It should work. ✌🏽
