Any hack has risk of ban, however if you use this for regular single player stuff and no pvp or anythint that will put you on a leaderboard you should be fine. I believe almost everyone who got banned used the hack in PVP, boss battles with someone else instead of AI and guild raid boss which has a ranking.

It doesn’t necessarily work even with ultimate last hit. 
 

UPDATE: I figured it out, the cc booster messes with your attack and turns it to 70. Most probably why you get ‘patience’ every attack. Also, the bosses seem to have a certain damage threshold, if you don’t reach that damage % on hit, it will be considered as a missed attack. 
 

If your character’s stats are super low, try equipping and unequipping gears a few times till you get a high stat. That has been working for me so far. 

What works for me: have a maxed lvl SRR or UR kill it, also turn off auto win for boss and demons. It wasn’t working for me before those changes I made so feel free to give it a try to see if it works for you guys.
