AppCake can only install .deb files. The No Jailbreak hack requires iFile to extract the archive and transfer the files over to the game's folder.

May be if I try to put the file (I have it in my computer) "com.zahirsher.sims(2).deb" via ifunbox to the "imported" folder of appcake, could tha work?

Yes, then install it via AppCake. But keep in mind that the sims cheat you have is for 5.9.0. I think the game has been updated? Ask the author if he is able to update it.
