Help/Support I need to switch the iosgods app+ back/ purchase to my old devide

My case kinda complicated. At first, I purchased iosgodsapp+ on my phone, but i didn’t use that much, then I moves the iosgodsapp+ to my girlfriend devide (I changed the UDiD). Right now I want to purchase iosgodsapp+ on my phone, but it doesn’t work anymore. The purchase website show:

after fail purchase, I tried to switch the app+ back to my devide and it doesn’t work too :(((
