Help/Support Installed .DEB files don't show up in settings

Hello since I restore my iPad 4 I can't see any installed .deb file!

 

I tried repring, installing mobile substrate (Cydia substrate) and that didn't work!

 

I'm iOS 8.4

 

Please help me!

Tell us all the ones installed.

 

If you have AppSync Unified installed, delete it and reinstall the game hack

Close the cydia from multitask and install it again anr respring or reboot your iPhone  

 

Some hacks don't have setting so just open and play the game
