Help/Support Cant install games via App+

I read the FAQ

My app+ cant install games e.g. tower of saviors

when it finish install, the game icon turned black, cant open.

 

i tried to clear data in safari and install in airplane mode, but still not work

pls help....

I have the same problem, all the games I’ve downloaded, not just one. Tried to custom install as well. Still the same thing
