Help/Support I need help installing cydia substrate

so basically, i am new to the whole jailbreaking stuff, i have an iphone xr (ios version 13.1.1) and i use unc0ver to jailbreak my phone, i installed some .deb files to hack games and installed localiapstore, everything was working perfectly fine (without cydia substrate), idk what happened the next day and everything stopped working but my tweaks were still working fine and i checked google and read some stuff and found out that i needed cydia substrate and preferenceloader to hack games and stuff, i had preferenceloader already but i didn't have cydia substrate and i can't install it, cause if i install it, it will force remove 4 important stuff: essentials, substitute, jailbreak resources, substitute support package.. if i remove those things then it will just ruin cydia and will remove all my tweaks

what can i do now? i need help installing cydia substrate without ruining anything..

Maybe you might have to Install cydia substrate and let it remove the other packages you could just re install them after substrate is done
