Help/Support Can’t download Cydia substrate

I am currently on an iPhone XR. I have downloaded Filza, as well as preference loader from cydia but everytime I try to download cydia substrate I get this error “ this operation involves the removal of one or more packages that are required for the continuous operation of either cydia or iOS. If you continue you may not be able to use cydia to repair any damage” , and when u proceed with the download anyway my cydia crashes and I have to restart the jailbreak and phone. 
 

I don’t know if this is a problem related to not having cydia substrate but when downloading the hack it instantly goes into my files App that Comes stock with iPhone and doesn’t give me an option to move it to filza nor can I move it from the app.

Also when you download a hack it will go to the default app you need to hold it down in files and click share. Then press the 3 ... and click copy to filza

I figured it out bro, just had to use a different browser n was able to open it with filza. I appreciate the reply
