I tried it out and it worked but then a few hours later it crashes again when I tried to get back on the game. So I have to keep doing the backup and restart?

Hi I backed up and reset my phone. All my apps downloaded and the one for the iosgods app didn’t download and said I need to redownload from the site. So I did this and every time it starts to download then stops and says it can not be downloaded at this time. Is this always going to happen as my app has crashed twice in 2 days now and yesterday when I got back on I had to start from scratch and I don’t want to do that again for all my play to be deleted again. I understand apps crash, but it’s so frustrating. Don’t want to have to keep starting from scratch, and at the moment I can’t even download again to see if I have to restart.
