Payment successfully made. But can’t it install

Hi, I just wondering if anyone can help me please. I have made payment, for install link. And keep getting error saying my UDID is not activated yet. It’s been over a week now seen I paid but cannot install the app+

Hi, I have message you my email and UDID, already about 3-4 days ago. I haven’t gotten a respond back yet. I did a fallow question, with, is there anything else you need?

 

should start a new one just in case?

Seems like you changed your devices and did not make any transfer requests. iOSGods App+ is per UDID/Device only, that's why you're getting that screen because your new device is not registered.
