So my girlfriend and I use to alway use iMessage to talk and her phone is on okay. Now for some odd reason she can't get any of my iMessage I use an email to text her and she can send me iMessage when I send it it says message sent Failed and she does not have me blocked but she can iMessage he sisters cell. And idk why she can't message me and also she can receive pictures but she cannot send them to me even to my texting app it won't let her send it and she went to apple and they didn't know. I was hopeing someone can really help me out with this one.

 

And also she is west cost and I'm east and she dont have any wifi and also imessages ans pics she can't send me when connected to wifi also :'(

So I had her sign out and back in and have it where she can use her email and I asked if her iMessages was checked and she said no so I told her to check it and she did but then in automatically when back to off does anyone know why ?

I would suggest , instead of trying random tricks ,

Why don't you go to the basic ‼️

 

These steps goes for your girlfriend and even for you :

 

1)go to settings --> switch off iMessage .( if using an Apple ID : sign out first and then switch off )

 

2) settings --> general ---> Reset ---> Reset Network settings . ( it'll ask for your passcode )

 

3) after the iDevice gets rebooted ---> go to Settings ---> General --> Date and Time ---> Male sure it's set to Automatic update ( also check the time zone )

 

4) turn on iMessage ( also sign in with your Apple ID )

 

Try this , it solves most of the common bugs !
