Hej i have problem, carly say „ Wifi name not accesssible „

”elaborat precise location permissions in order to find your adapter’s wifi” 

I do this and reset netrork settings, location/privacy but still not working. 
 

please help

it says please connect wifi to the Carly adapter first , it is connected but not on app … I don’t know what to do ?
