How to start a new game progress on the same device? 
I have deleted the game, re-installed again, and I still see the old, banned account.

Thank you for the update.

I managed to start a new game after the ban.
I installed the game with a new Apple ID.

But there is another issue: after winning the first fight, the game shows 'Defeat'  and prevents further progression of the game.

Can you please help with this issue?

I do not experience this. Maybe try using no mod until you’re past that fight then enable the mod.
