Ordered the app a few days ago, never got instruction email, and after clicking the install link, it says device is not activated.

I did as it says. I watched the video like 5 times but It says I’m not activated same problem. did not get any email not in the junk either. Went to the link downloaded the app but seems like can’t pass thru activating part
