Help/Support Is it possible to request a hack update?

Hi, 

Whenever I search “The Sims Mobile, Sims Mobile, Sims, Sim, “ I am not locating any threads on the forum, but I am able to search “Sim” on the mobile app and locate this. I wanted to leave a comment on the thread requesting update as the game is now on version 17.0.2. 

 

Is there a reason I am not getting results when searching for these things or has the thread moved? 

I have found some older threads if I search the words “sims” only, but none of which are to the first photo I put into this support inquiry. I am thinking there is maybe an indexing issue or maybe they are not tagged - maybe the app and the forum have separate search capabilities? 

In short - What’s the best way to request an update for this app? Also, if you noticed I made a mistake in my efforts to request by other means than this post could you please elaborate on how to do so!
