I fixed the issue of loading stuck and downloading in-game content stuck by simply changing the Bundle ID in Sideloady. Here is my setting Thank you @Laxus

Hi, I was try but the result still same, stuck on the loading screen when use wifi, but i try to change the network and its work!! Thanks @Laxus

@Laxus here is a video of the stuck on loading screen - then what I did to resolve it. Maybe this will help the others that are stuck on the loading screen as well. Tested on IPad Pro (2019), IPhone XS, IPhone XS, and IPhone XS Max - all on iOS 13.3.  Click [ Here ] to visit video upload.  Video not loading?
