I fixed the issue of loading stuck and downloading in-game content stuck by simply changing the Bundle ID in Sideloady. Here is my setting Thank you @Laxus

Hi, I was try but the result still same, stuck on the loading screen when use wifi, but i try to change the network and its work!! Thanks @Laxus

@Laxus here is a video of the stuck on loading screen - then what I did to resolve it. Maybe this will help the others that are stuck on the loading screen as well.
