Help/Support Paid for ViP, App+ Download Link?

I have paid for the vip service for 3 months including the app download. it has been 24hrs. i have not received a an activation email, nor am i allowed to download any apps. the web app does not work. Please advise soonest, as time is flying and will you rreimburse me if your promised product is not not delivered and activated in good time.

May I ask what is the benefit of having the App+? If I buy the Non-Jailbroken & Jailbroken ViP + 3 Months, will I be able to download multiple apps in one day?
 

I read the FAQ which detailed less revokes but I can simply follow the Safari Clear Browser and Flight Mode to play my games offline!
