step 1: download the deb

step 2: on download arrow on safari double click the deb click on more and click on copy to filza, if you dont have filza tou can download it on cydia

step 3: this happened to me before where the menu doesnt show when using ios 12 below, double click on the deb on filza, click extract first than move that folder to var/root/cydia 

step 4: back to the deb click install if you previously installed the deb make sure you remove it first or else it wont work. Thanks hope this help

 

I'm in the var/root but cant find the cydia file with in it. Do I just create one?

If not try var/root/mobile it should be in itnif not make one
