Help/Support App not working and annoying ads

@DADi the iOSGods app is down again, hardly ever works. Can you credit the down time? Additionally as a VIP+++ paying member I shouldn’t have to go through the nuisance of so many ads. You added too many ads. Please fix this so VIPs don’t have to view them, if this will come at an additional cost I will unsubscribe. Also let me know with a CLEAR answer if the down time will be credited to our accounts. We need customer service here.

Yeah I’ll tell you what for the money people pay they definitely need to be doing better then they are with the up keep of this! Forreal! It’s literally nonsense. 

Or lower the prices to accommodate with the sh!t people have to deal with because it’s not fair you’re robbing people. 

I f*** with this place over anywhere else and it’s pretty sad how sh!t things are here.

If I’m paying and you are receiving and spending my money, I expect my money’s worth and this service is hardly ever up. Since it’s evident refunds aren’t in order, a credit for all this downtime is logical.

Is this regarding iOSGods App+? Or the normal iOSGods Web App?

The ads are in the regular iOSGods website. I found it strange because I have been seeing while being logged on. I will monitor and report again, haven’t seen them now so maybe you worked it out?

In regards to the credit, I believe it is due for the VIP services, including the app that is currently down. What’s your policy when your services are down? Is that time credited? Your services hardly ever work. I’m sure you are aware of it. VIP subscriptions, especially mine which you can clearly see I’m non-jail broken and I pay for non-jail broken services and those hardly ever work, a credited time should be issued.

Ads were entirely removed from ViPs roughly a week or so ago. I’ve made status updates regarding this.

Regarding Non-Jailbroken — you have to understand that we have no control over certificates and when they get revoked. It’s entirely up to Apple. If you haven’t noticed in the past, we do credit for the downtime, especially if it’s a long revoke wave such as what’s happening right now. Apple does not want users installing apps outside of their App Store.
