Help/Support Uploading edited files to the cloud csr2

Hi everyone, I am definitely a newbie on the site, but have already found a wealth of info. With everyone’s help I was able to unstick myself from this game and beat the tempest! But I ran into a problem. 
 

so, I used the cheat menu from iOS gods. Was able to give myself enough cash/gold/keys to be able to buy what I needed without spending $100s of dollars. But now, my regular cloud file is negative money, gold, and keys.  Again, because of this site, I was able to mod the nsb and the scb to make them positive again. I got them into the game and it is working. But only offline. When the game syncs, it puts my old profile back. 
 

I can’t find any info on this. How do I get my modded nsb and scb onto the cloud to sync across devices?! It’s driving me nuts. Everything I read mentioned the folder “recoveredpp,” but I never get such a folder to populate. 
 

I am rocking iPad OS 13.2.3 and I have the latest version of the game. 2.8 and now 2.9.

I can do that... I wouldn't mind doing that.  But I still wouldn't know how to upload it to the cloud. Any info on that would be much appreciated!
