Help/Support Installing iFile via terminal on a computer

Sorry for the super noob question, but is there a link to somewhere where it will guide me installing ifile through terminal? I have no idea how to do that. Again, sorry if its super stupid but I searched and cannot find it for the life of me  . Currently I cannot get cydia working and need iFile to fix it according to THIS topic. Thank you in advance.

None are installed. I tried installing but becuase of that Cydia error it will not allow it.

There's no way you can access anything without those two or at least a file browser.

Well lets see, I jailbroke my touch with TaiGJBreak_EN_2410. Once that was done I opened cydia to update and got the error. I dont think it installed much. All those apps you say I find but I cannot install. Should I just restore and re-jailbreak?

Using TaiG here myself. All good.

 

There's Pangu also but TaiG says that Pangu copied their exploits.
