    I didn't realize VIP auto renewed I don’t think I had requested, is there a way to disable that? I was hoping to wait to see if there was a black Friday special before renewing... Now this has thrown me off. >_<

     

    Also given the recent history of the revoked cert if there wasn't a special I was going to wait a little before deciding to renew, just because it's pointless to pay for a service that's been mostly out for the past 2 weeks. (I know you're working on it so not blaming just saying as a consumer)

    After constantly digging around I finally found the cancel subscription part that cancels the auto renew, I still don’t recall checking to start auto renew as I saw is required in order for that to start, looking at receipts there is no evidence of it either.

    Thanks for this. I honesty didn’t recall the option, I am planning to renew I just wanted to have more control as to when and how, and I will be more vigilant in looking at the option to auto renew.

     

    If there ends up being a Black Friday deal I’ll probably do that. Lol
