Help/Support iOS app+ froze right after click “Install” button

Hello. I’ve been using the app+ for awhile with no problems. However, for the last 3 days, I can’t install any new games, because as soon as I click the Install button, the app+ froze. i have been trying to reopening, restart the device. nothing works. please help me. Thank you for your hard work

Im having the same issue. Causing me to not be able to install unc0ver via it either:(

im on ipad pro 3rd gen. 12.4

when hitting install or custom install, nothing reacts in app. Like the install button isnt responding. Thats all that happens.

i have ipad mini 4 ios 13.1.3. I mean i can record it, but you cant see anything anyway, since as soon as i click install. the app just froze, i can’t click anywhere else, have to close and reopen it. issue still happened. also, not just any specific game, all games have that issue. i can randomly pick a game and the issue happens

Hello,

I have same issue, I am using iphone X, version 13.1.3. After click on Install, app frozen, cannot click anything.

Before it was working normally, after I tried to download newly upload games like The King of Fighter, captain tsubasa, etc, the games were downloaded successfully, but at resigning app step, the IOSGOD+ app crashed. After that, whenever clicking on Install button, the app is frozen. From that time till now, I cannot download anything at all. Can you guys check it pls?

You shouldn't be posting your email address like that. I'd suggest you remove it..

It can take up to a few hours for them to process your order. They will send you an email to the email address you used when you purchased the iOS Gods App+, as soon as the processing is done.

Make sure that the email address you used is correct - Also check your spam/junk folders. 
Alternatively, you can visit https://install.iosgods.com/ using the registered iDevice to install the iOSGods App+.

App frozen after clicking install issue is fixed by removing the app and reinstall.
