Finaly...my phone can’t update ios on phone or itunes, can’t restored on itunes...i’m research n i found solution...

But.... 3uTools fixed my jailbreak!

I have an iPad Mini 2 on iOS 11.1.2 and had Electra Jailbreak installed. It went past the 7 day before I re-ran Electra so my jailbreak needed to be reinstalled. With Cydia Impactor broke I have been waiting for Saurik to fix it which according to him most likely won't be until mid December.

After reading several people say 3uTools worked for them I decided to look at the tool myself so I installed it on my PC. I had no idea what 3uTools was at all. When I fired it up I saw it is much like iFunBox but better. I will skip describing everything in 3uTools and jump right to the fixing my jailbreak part. Install it and you can see what all it has to offer.

Across the top of 3uTools is an icon labeled "Flash & JB". I clicked that which opened a window with some information about my device and a button on the bottom that said something like "check jailbreak" (can't remember exactly what it said). I clicked it, 3uTools checked what iOS I was on (11.1.2) then automatically downloaded the correct jailbreak for that iOS {Electra1141-1.3.2) and installed it onto my iPad. 3uTools then told me the jailbreak was not complete yet and listed the steps I now needed to do to complete the process. (go to settings/profiles & device management and trust the certificate then open Electra on my device and tap the jailbreak button)

Bottom line is, 3uTools worked! My jailbreak is fixed and everything is back to normal. I didn't have to uninstall any of my apps either, as I read earlier someone said they had to do. 3uTools really was easy!

I wrote this in case anyone out there is unsure about 3uTools, like I was. I took a chance, tried it and was more than pleasantly surprised with what it did!

I know it hasn’t I realized this after I commented Was edited after I realized but there are many different ways to keep Your apps running out there these days that don’t matter if impactor isn’t working

cydia impactor has been recently updated with xcode 7.3, so I cannot install the ipa file via cydia impactor. and there has not been a jailbreak for ios 13 A12 Iphone Xsmax Chip so I cannot install via ifle or filza.

I want to ask you any other ways to install ipa files without cydia impactor or without jailbreaking. thank you

3UTools!
Intsall it, connect your iPhone, section Flash a JB -> Jailbreak -> Run Jailbreak, then allow profile in settings and that was it, could run Electra app again and do jb. Worked like a charm, at least for me.

1.) What is the current best way for simulated in-app-purchases?

2.) Sadly "App Admin" do not work on iOS 12.4! Is there another way to downgrade apps?
