You will most likely have to wait for Cydia Impactor or ReProvision to receive an update to fix this issue.

Sideloadly is now available! Cydia Impactor working alternative.

Is there any alternative program for cydia impactor to install ipa files on non jailbroken iOS devices??

Just update it guys from cydia thats all
