Help/Support Marvel Contest of champions not installing

[Amdnivram 13 iPhone 6]

It seems like just this app wont install, the non jailbreak Marvel contest of champion auto win vip is not downloading and installing while other apps and even the free contest of champion mod installs but not this vip version. It was working fine today until I tried to reinstall it.
